Our discount plans are not health insurance policies and the plans do not make payments directly to the providers of health
services. The plan member is obligated to pay the provider for all health care services that the member will receive, but, the member will receive a pre-negotiated discount from
the providers listed in the network, in accordance with the specific pre-negotiated discounted fee schedules. These plans provide discounts at certain locations for health services.
Once you become a member, we will send you a complete fee schedule with discounted fees for many common dental procedures. Discounts vary by state, so please refer to your membership
information or ask your participating provider for specific details.
The Plan or Program member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the Plan, Program or
discount plan organization.
